Hello, I'm Brent Pocker. I was diagnosed with Late Onset Type–1 Diabetes (or LADA) in 2003. In that moment, I was mortified — I didn't have a clue what that meant or what to do about it. Since then and with the help of a few excellent endocrinologists, I now view a diabetes diagnosis as an opportunity and motivation to maximize health and well–being. A web developer by profession, I created this blood glucose logging tool for myself such that I had an easy way to share my progress with my physicians in their offices via my mobile device. It's been valuable for me. I'm opening it up to the public with the hope it brings positive results for others as well.
