How do I create a BludBud account?
The easiest way to create a BludBud account is to visit the homepage and click or tap the "Create account" button. Note: you must be logged out of any other BludBud account(s) you may have in order to see the create account button.
How do I access my log and chart?
Assuming you've already created a BludBud account, from a desktop computer or large tablet, simply click or tap the silhouette icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen, login and then click or tap the Home button (if you're not already on the homepage). On a smaller mobile device like a smart-phone, simply tap the menu icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen, tap login and login. If you're not already on the homepage, tap the menu icon once again and then tap Home. Voila!
Can I update my name?
Absolutely. Simply visit your profile and let us know how you'd prefer we address you.
Can I update my email address?
Absolutely. Simply visit your profile and let us know what email address you prefer.
Can I change my password?
Absolutely. You have two options. Option 1) If you know your current password and would like to change it, simply visit your profile and change your password to whatever your heart desires. Option 2) If you've forgotten your password and would like to reset it, feel free to use the forgot password feature.
Can I edit a log entry?
Absolutely. Simply click or tap a log entry on your chart. This will bring up the details of your meter reading and provide you with options to edit the meter reading value, the date and the time.
How is my log entry time-stamped?
BludBud uses the local time on whatever device you happen to be using at the time. This is true both when you log a new log entry and when you edit an existing log entry.
Can I delete a log entry?
Absolutely. Simply click or tap a log entry. This will bring up the details of your meter reading and provide you with several options including the option to delete the log entry.
How long will BludBud keep me logged in?
We keep you logged in on any device you login with for 30 days. That said, if you logout or clear your web browser history or cache, or clear your web browser cookies before those 30 days elapse, you will need to login again to access the app.
Do I need a separate login for the BludBud Shop?
Yes. The reason for this is that the BludBud web app (your blood glucose log and chart) and the BludBud Shop run on completely separate systems which don't "talk" to each other. In effect, you'll have a BludBud account and a BludBud Shop account.
Can I delete my account?
Absolutely. You may delete your account anytime. Please note that deleting your account is immediate, comprehensive and cannot be undone. It's as if you were never here once your account is deleted. You are welcome to create a new account anytime you'd like.
